AZORES pale ale
ABV 4.2%
A naturally brewed pale ale.
US Cascade, Citra and Simcoe hops combine with English First Gold & Sovereign hops to produce a balanced Mid-Atlantic blend of citrus grapefruit, lemon & orange on a gentle bitter backdrop.
MANDARINA pale ale
ABV 4.2%
A crisp pale ale suffused with citrus orange from the Mandarina Bavaria hops and fresh orange zest.
The Germanic style is reinforced with the Hallertau Mittlefruh hops and a little extra wheat malt.
SOUL CITRA session ipa
ABV 4.4%
A Session IPA, dry hopped with Citra, Cascade and Simcoe.
It has all the tropical punch of a modern IPA but at a session ale strength. Light on bitterness but with enough malt to sustain the long-lasting top notes.
SEA SALT STOUT
ABV 4.4%
A stout porter, rounded yet very smooth.
Full of roasted barley, smokey dark chocolate and an aromatic hint of arabica, all wonderfully enhanced and presented to their max by the addition of pure Cornish sea salt.
FISTRAL pilsner
ABV 4.9%
A naturally brewed bottle-conditioned Pilsner.
Saaz, Mittlefruh and Mandarina Bavaria hops give Fistral a gentle bitterness overlaid with light citrus, grassy and floral notes.
Lager and Wheat malts make it extra pale & super smooth.
ATLANTIC RED
ABV 4.5%
A full-bodied Celtic ale.
Juicy blood-orange and nutty caramel malt lead to a marmalade hop finish. Brewed using springwater, malted barley & wheat and yeast.
Hopped with First Gold and our Cornish Fuggles.
ATLANTIC BLUE
ABV 4.5%
A Cornish porter - this rich and smooth dark ale has a fusion of roasted coffee, dark chocolate and smoke.
Brewed using springwater, malted barley & wheat and yeast. With First Gold & Sovereign hops.
wildflower honey ALE
ABV 4.5%
A beautifully rich amber ale suffused with Cornish wild honey.
Well bodied biscuity malt supports floral nectar flavours. This is a lovely version of the traditional Bragott.
Served at The Pig, this is our most expensive real ale to date and includes a kilo of pure Cornish honey in each cask.
NORWEGIAN WOOD
ABV 5.5%
A complex combination of red forest fruit with oak and vanilla running through rich dark malts.
Redcurrants & juniper and both fresh-cut & toasted wood are used to make this unique Scandi Noir, our winter special, just brewed.
Only available in cask.
MR FUGGLES
ABV 4.5%
Our annual Green Hop Amber Ale, produced at harvest time in late August,
Mr Fuggles is brewed using a fourfold addition of our own-grown organic Fuggle hops.
All aspects of this classic hop are given an opportunity to shine, from its bittering and renowned grassy flavour attributes to its surprisingly citrus aroma profile extracted from its rare use in dry hopping.
A limited short run production of a truly unique beer, only available in cask.
elderflower helles
ABV 4.0%
A beautifully smooth Helles beer - light and delicate.
Infused with handpicked elderflowers, enhanced by lemon and grapefruit aromas lightly hopping the sweet malt.
Available in the spring/summer months.
